St Ives West Urban Design Framework: Consultation Draft

The purpose of the St Ives West Urban Design Framework (UDF) is to identify the development, urban design and landscaping principles that will shape proposals for development to the west of St Ives. The draft UDF can be download from 'Supporting Documents' below, although please be aware that it is a very large document and may take some considerable time to download.
The preparation of the draft UDF was led by Huntingdonshire District Council with input from District Council Members, St Ives Town Council, Houghton and Wyton Parish Council, landowners and developers.
Following the consultation process, the UDF was adopted by Cabinet as council policy on 20 October 2011. The adopted UDF will be available from the Council's website shortly.
