At Cabinet on 8 December 2011 the revised SPD was adopted as planning policy for Huntingdonshire. The adopted version will be available below in 'Supporting documents' shortly. Adoption of the Developers Contributions SPD revokes the Developers Contributions Towards Affordable Housing SPD 2007.
The Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out Huntingdonshire District Council’s policy for securing developer contributions from new developments that require planning permission. The SPD is supplementary to the Adopted Huntingdonshire Core Strategy, particularly Policy CS10 and should be considered alongside the Council's proposals to implement a Community Infrastructure Levy, which can be viewed here.
