Huntingdon West Area Action Plan - Proposed Submission
The event is not currently available for consultation.
Update
The Huntingdon West Area Action Plan has been found sound by the Government Inspector, David Vickery Dip T&CP MRTPI. The Inspector’s Report, associated appendices and covering letter are available in ‘Supporting Documents’. The Inspector’s Report will be reported to Council Members with a view to adopting the plan as soon as practicable.
Proposed Submission
With publication of the Proposed Submission plan the plan preparation process moves from the consultation phase into the testing phase. At this stage the Council believes that the plan is ready to be submitted and therefore publishes it in order to gather comments on whether the plan is sound and legally compliant. The comments are used by the Inspectorate in their consideration of the plan documents. The comments are therefore collated, summarised and submitted with the plan documents. The Council can make changes before submitting the plan but is not obliged to.
