Consultation Portal

With publication of the Proposed Submission plan the plan preparation process moves from the consultation phase into the testing phase.  At this stage the Council believes that the DPD is ready to be submitted and therefore publishes it in order to gather comments on whether it is sound and legally compliant.  The comments are used by the Inspector in the examination of the DPD documents.  The comments are therefore collated, summarised and submitted with the DPD documents.  The Council can make changes before submitting the plan but is not obliged to.

This Final Sustainability Appraisal (Final SA) continues the Sustainability Appraisal process with consideration of the changes to the DPD since the Development of Options.
