The Development Management Development Plan Document (DPD), which during preparation was known as the Development Control Policies DPD, will be part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) and the statutory development plan. It will support the Core Strategy and the East of England Plan. It will set out the Council's policies for managing development in Huntingdonshire and will be used to assess and help determine planning applications.
Current Stage
The Development Management DPD has been put on hold in light of the Government's proposals to reform the planning system and while the Council puts in place a Community Infrastructure Levy.
