Huntingdonshire Community Infrastructure Levy - Draft Charging Schedule: Statement of Modifications
Following the period of public representation on the Huntingdonshire Community Infrastructure Levy – Draft Charging Schedule 2011, which commenced on Wednesday 23rd November 2011 and concluded at 5.00 pm on Tuesday 3rd January 2012, Huntingdonshire District Council has made a number of modifications and corrections to its Draft Charging Schedule. These are shown in the Statement of Modifications that has been published today, 20th January 2012, and is available below in the Supporting Documents along with the CIL Addendum Report 2 by Drivers Jonas Deloitte as evidence to support the modification.
The documents can also be viewed on the Council’s website at the CIL webpage and will be made available by the Council for inspection at:
District Council Offices at Pathfinder House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon;
Local Libraries in Huntingdonshire; and
Customer Access Points.
Any person may request to be heard by the examiner in relation to the modifications. The right to be heard applies only in relation to the modifications made as set out in this Statement of Modifications and the process to follow is outlined in the document.
