Huntingdonshire Community Infrastructure Levy - Draft Charging Schedule 2012: Submission and additional document
This is to provide notice that further to the public consultation on the Huntingdonshire Community Infrastructure Levy – Draft Charging Schedule 2011, which commenced on Wednesday 23rd November 2011 and concluded at 5.00 pm on Tuesday 3rd January 2012, the Draft Charging Schedule 2012 and supporting documents, including a Statement of Modifications, was submitted to the examiner as required by the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) on 23 January 2012.
It has also been noticed that the Huntingdonshire District Council CIL Addendum Report by Drivers Jonas Deloitte, November 2011, had a page missing.
This omission, which was not referenced in any representations received, was regarding the second of two pages of the Appraisal Summary for Residential Site 4, which starts at page 16 of the document. The page missing outlines the profit percentage, which was the same as in the original Viability Testing of Community Infrastructure Levy Charges report published with the Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule and remained as per all the other residential appraisals. The profit amount was shown in page one of the Appraisal Summary.
It is not considered that the omission of this page has affected anyone's understanding of the CIL charges recommended nor the assumptions, which were all set out in the front of the Addendum document.
